Reviewing guidelines and proposed article. ECB offered to <br />provide her research on other town's bylaws. During this discussion <br />RHC requested letter from ECB formally requesting that her property <br />o <br />Article 21 <br />not be subject to demolition delay. Once letter is received RHC will <br />— <br />�n <br />contact counsel and see what options are available to meet owner's <br />c <br />-' >o7* <br />request. <br />°' <br />' <br />rn <br />z <br />TM begins on 4/23. MC will present regulation changes will discuss in <br />r*; <br />_ <br />more detail at next meeting. MC will send letter to TM regarding the <br />3r < <br />confusion on the demo permit application process. <br />D <br />o <br />32 Lowell <br />Building Inspector and ZBA has serious issues with new owner's <br />° <br />cn <br />St <br />proposal in regards to parking. RHC will continue to monitor progress. <br />r <br />600 Main <br />VA submitted a revised letter to CPDC for their meeting about the MF <br />Street <br />Charles building. <br />RHC still has not received a replay to our request. RS spoke with <br />Assessor's <br />Jean Delios who mentioned a new computer program that is coming <br />Records <br />that will handle this situation and flag on assessor's records will not be <br />necessary. <br />Band <br />Town Manager was not available to meet with us tonight, but he will be <br />Stand <br />asked to come to our 4/3/12 meeting to discuss this. <br />Minutes <br />Reviewed minutes from March 13th and accepted as amended 5 -0. <br />420 <br />This property has been sold.
