Set next meeting time <br />Meeting Minutes of February 7, 2011 were reviewed and <br />Minutes <br />approved as amended. <br />Revise <br />RP <br />(SRS motioned -RP seconded, vote 4 -0 in favor) <br />Minutes <br />Members are requested to bring agenda/notes to next meeting. <br />MC reported on the request by The Ottery Group to the RHC for <br />comments regarding the proposed modifications to the AT &T <br />Wakefield Telecommunications Facilities. Drawings were <br />Letter and <br />Cell Tower <br />submitted with the request. The Town Clerk has indicated that there are multiple <br />10 Pierce St. <br />parties potentially interested in the property. There was a cease <br />Foreclosure <br />and desist order placed on the construction due to the faulty <br />construction of the reinforced concrete foundations.
