VA gave a <br />positive reference. <br />Pierce <br />Structure was demolished on Friday October 13. An article was <br />submitted to the Chronicle and printed in Monday's Chronicle. <br />Organ <br />Discussed inventoried business papers and where they can be stored. <br />33 Salem <br />Property has been renovated and is on the market <br />St <br />Hearing called to order at 7:30 pm. Site visit 10/1/11 VA read <br />observations. House was moved from a larger structure in the down <br />town area in 1880 then converted to a 2 family in 1978. This property <br />Send <br />was determined to have little physical evidence of historic or <br />letter to <br />200 Ash <br />architectural significance. There was No public input. RS motioned to <br />Bldg <br />MC <br />Street <br />close hearing seconded by RP. Vote 4 -0. RS moved that the <br />inspect <br />proposed demolition of the structure(s) at 200 Ash St Reading, MA <br />or re: <br />would not be detrimental to the historical or architectural heritage and <br />release <br />resources of the Town, and that demolition be allowed (per General <br />Bylaw section 5.13.3.5. RP seconded the motion. Vote: 5 -0. <br />By law <br />Review <br />Scheduled for Wednesday evening October 19, 2011 at 7:30pm <br />meeting <br />Questioned the recodification to determine where in the bylaw the <br />Article 27 <br />proposed amendments fit. Discussed the intension of the change not <br />being clearly represented in the proposed change and how to proceed. <br />Email from <br />Inquiring about how a property gets on the town's inventory.
