Submitted drawing is lacking the additional <br />information requested at the 08- 016 -11 RHC meeting. After <br />much discussion it was decided to send developer a written <br />Send to <br />MC <br />10 Pierce St <br />list of required information along with written comments on <br />WJ for <br />& RP <br />the drawing sheet. MC and RP comment on drawing.NA to <br />review <br />& VA <br />send email with list of specific information. <br />(RP motioned -JA sec vote 4 -0 in favor of rejecting submitted <br />drawings and requesting revised drawings be resubmitted <br />As of 08 -28 -11 Dr. Raven purchased the property and will be <br />applying for a demolition permit. RS expected the permit to <br />200 Ash St <br />be filed for before this meeting but RHC did not receive any <br />_ <br />official notification of filing <br />VA reported that that the Town Planner has contacted the <br />owner (Rick Carter) requesting he address the disheveled <br />258 Main St <br />appearance of the building. Owner claims to have a P &S <br />_ <br />agreement. <br />
