Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, May 29, 2012 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of May 29, 2012 convened at 6:00 P.M. in the <br />Conference Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />Elise Ciregna <br />Absent: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br />Olive Hecht <br />Not Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of April 3, 2012 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 4 -0 on a motion by <br />Mary Vincent and seconded by Elise Ciregna. <br />General Business <br />The Board reviewed the site selection and expressed strong concerns regarding the abutters if <br />Forest Glen is chosen as the site for a new building and feel there may be strong objections, the <br />Board will review the subject at its next meeting when Bob Keating and the full board is <br />present. <br />Elise is still working to find partial or full funding to point up the tomb. Bob estimated <br />approximately $12,000 to do the job. <br />No tour this year <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.
