Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, December 13, 2011 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of December 13, 2011 convened at 6:00 P.M. <br />in the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br />Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />Elise Ciregna <br />Olive Hecht <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meetine Minutes <br />The Minutes of November 15, 2011 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 6 -0 on a motion <br />by Elise Ciregna and seconded by Mary Vincent. <br />General Business <br />Bob told the Board that he was getting some estimates on pointing the tomb, and Elise will look <br />into matching funds from the state. The good weather has allowed the crew to catch up on <br />cleanup due to the delay caused by storms. The Board discussed waving the fee for the <br />installation of a veteran's marker, but will wait until next meeting to see if money will be <br />coming from another source. Burials are up, but receipts are down. <br />Adiourn <br />The meeting adjourned. at 6:30 PM.
