RALPH A. COLORUSSO, MR. ROBERT I. NORDSTRAND, <br />MR. FRED A. MCGRANE AND MR. WILLIAM BOATWRIGHT. <br />1. APPOINTMENTS: - NONE NOTED. <br />2. , MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING/S: <br />SEPTEMBER 6, 2011 - APPROVED 3-0 AS AMENDED <br />3. TOWN APPRAISER'S REPORT: <br />MR. BOATWRIGHT REPORTED IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED <br />THAT THE NEW GROWTH' FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR <br />FY2012 WAS $3,955,000. <br />MR. BOATWRIGHT DISTRIBUTED SEVERAL RENTAL <br />.INCOME/VACANCY RATE SCENARIOS FOR THE <br />BROOKVIEW. INVESTMENTS (THE OLD TASC) PROPERTY. <br />THESE SCENARIOS WERE INTENDED TO FINALIZE AN <br />OUTSTANDING ABATEMENT. THE BOARD AGREED THAT A <br />10% VACANCY FACTOR WAS REASONABLE FOR THIS TYPE <br />OF PROPERTY. <br />THE BOARD WAS INFORMED THROUGH BOB LELACHEUR <br />THAT THE NEW LIASON/CONTACT FOR THE FINANCE <br />COMMITTEE IS PAULA PERRY OF 40 BEAVER STREET. <br />
